Wow! Correct me if I'm wrong, but this translates into nearly 40,000,000,000 (40 billion) gallons of water for 500,000 barrels of oil, or (at 42 gallons per barrel) that's 952,380,952 barrels of water for 500,000 barrels of oil...time to harvest more rain and sun.
